Sophomore Seanna Pinkelman broke the Crofton girls indoor track record in shot put with a throw of 29-04 at the Mount Marty indoor track meet.
Pinkelman said, “Breaking the school indoor shot put record will give me confidence for future meets.“
The Crofton Girls track team had four top 15 placements at a very competitive meet, which featured 40 teams from 4 states.
Sophomore Elizabeth DeRoos placed 12th in high jump with a jump of 4-03.
Junior Jacee Anthony placed 3rd in pole vault with a vault of 8-06.
Junior Addyson Ostermeyer placed 7th in pole vault with a vault of 7-06.
The 1600m sprint medley team consisting of Juniors Lillie Earley and Ella Reifenrath, Sophomore Brooklyn Guenther, and Freshman Hudsyn Stout, took 13th place, with a time of 5:09:12.
