Plainview Country Club

The Plainview Country Club will be celebrating its 100th anniversary this Sunday, Sept. 22 at the local course.

In September of 1924, a group decided to purchase land for the purpose of establishing a country club, and 100 years later, the golf course and “lakeside” are still going strong with members.

The September 22 event will be commemorated with free golf all day long (rental carts available on first-come, firstserved), and a silent auction, along with food on the parkside from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The 2024 Board of Directors includes: Kirby Marsh, Tom Ostronic, Leonard Miller, Riley Meuret, Mitch Todd, Jay Knaak, Adam Yilk and Toby King.
